About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience running paid social campaigns (Meta and/or TikTok essential)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, testing and optimisation at scale
  • Confident working with data to make fast, commercial decisions
  • Experience in lead generation or high-volume direct response environments

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Reddit
  • Building and improving account structure, testing frameworks and optimisation plans
  • Working closely with creative and data teams to improve CPL and CPA performance
  • Monitoring performance data and producing clear, actionable reporting

Where You'll Be Based:

Hybrid working with a Leeds-based office, commutable from Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
