Looking for that next step in your digital marketing career? We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join an established and scaling e-commerce business based in Leeds. Central to this role will be the management of the performance channels whilst also looking at all marketing channels and how they can be utilised.

You will bring with you a background in digital marketing within an e-commerce business. You will have worked within a smaller team where you have had responsibility and autonomy to manage all elements of digital marketing. Yes, strategic but must be able to be hands-on along with managing a team and external agencies. Hybrid role based in Leeds 2/3 times a week. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored visa support.

About You

  • Digital marketing background with strong experience of performance marketing channels including PPC and Paid Social
  • Worked within or on e-commerce clients
  • Had a level of responsibility in a role and can operate autonomously
  • Strong on analytics to understand what is going on, test, learn and drive improvements
  • Ability to manage and develop a team

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage all digital marketing channels acquisition and retention
  • Manage e-commerce business UK and Internationally
  • Deliver campaigns both hands-on and managing external resource
  • Develop the analytics further to support strategic decisions
  • Review the team, external agencies and agree required resource

Where You'll Be Based

Your office will be commutable from Leeds, York, Harrogate, Wetherby, Wakefield, Selby, Bradford.
