Are you passionate about all things e-commerce? Great, we are looking for an e-commerce Manager to join a successful B2C business based in Yorkshire. The role needs someone who can really get into the website, mind of the customer, understands their onsite journey and is constantly looking at ways to improve conversion. You will have a strong grasp on website trading and merchandising to maximise sales and website profitability. Knowledge of Shopify is a must as is the ability to be strategic and also hands on, with the ability to manage internal and external resource but not necessarily a large team to delegate to. Hybrid working and for the right person we can offer flexibility, but some time based in Yorkshire during the week is a must.
About You:
- Background in e-commerce and trading
- Strong managing onsite conversion in an e-commerce business
- Hands on and able to manage resource internally and externally
- Experience working with Shopify
- Must have worked across B2C e-commerce
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing onsite trading and merchandising
- Working with product and supply chain across key trading periods
- CRO/UX and working with dev support to deliver improvements across the site
- Work cross functionally with all departments to deliver improved revenue and profit
Where You'll Be Based:
Your office will be commutable from Leeds, York, Harrogate, Wetherby and you can be outside of Yorkshire but happy to be based here for some time in the week.
