A well-established healthcare provider, with a Leeds-based Head Office, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a brand-new role identified as important to the company’s growth plans as they expand the private healthcare side of their business. Key projects include using digital marketing to increase regional brand awareness and drive patient engagement. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and have autonomy to plan, create and execute your own digital marketing ideas that promote the treatments and services they offer.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote healthcare services, increase regional brand awareness and drive patient engagement.
- Manage company website and ensure all content is clinically accurate, up to date and SEO friendly.
- Work collaboratively with the social media team and the digital marketing agency.
- Seek relevant material and content to promote key services and tell patient stories.
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters and CRM activities.
- Monthly analytics and reporting on KPIs and ROI.
Qualifications
- 2+ years digital marketing experience.
- Proficient in key digital marketing elements, including paid ads, SEO, website management, social media and email marketing.
- Previous marketing experience in the healthcare industry is desirable.
- Comfortable working autonomously and proposing new campaign ideas.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytically minded marketer with experience tracking ROI and KPIs.
Location
Your Head Office will be based in Outer-Leeds and is easily commutable from surrounding areas with good public transport links and car parking available. This is a fully office-based role; hybrid working/flexibility is possible on one-off occasions only.
