A well-established Healthcare provider, with a Leeds-based Head Office, are looking for a new Consultant Engagement & Private Services Manager to join their team! This is a brand-new role, identified as being important to the company’s growth plans, as they look to expand the private healthcare side of their business. Key projects include managing commercial relationships with consultants, whilst leading the Private Services Team in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, blending your clinical and business development expertise, to drive new revenues and support growth plans.
About You:- Experienced in driving growth within a clinical setting or a related industry.
- Previous Business Development background, with demonstrable commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of improving capability and performance.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbally.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with consultants working privately and drive new opportunities and address any challenges.
- Own the patient journey from enquiry through to discharge and beyond and continuously review and refine to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support with onboarding new Consultants.
- Lead and mentor the private services team to deliver exceptional patient service standards.
- Develop retention and engagement strategies to ensure consultant satisfaction and commitment.
- Seek, analyse and share market intelligence through consultant relationships and desk research.
- Establish clear performance metrics around responsiveness, conversion efficiency and patient experience and to track consultant revenues.
Your Head Office will be based in Outer-Leeds and is easily commutable from surrounding areas and has decent public transport links and car parking available. Please note: This is a fully office-based role. Hybrid working / flexibility is possible, but available on one-off occasions only.
