This role is for a senior producer who can independently use data and insights to set strategy and manage consumer focused digital content production across YouTube and other video channels. You will take full ownership of the production of digital content for a high-impact brand with education, awareness and authentication all considered in content. This is a rare opportunity to build structure, strategy and momentum in a role with autonomy in a business that encourages experimentation.
With their offering specifically for LGBTQ+ consumers, you’ll lead content planning, production and growth across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and beyond. Identifying topics of relevance and pulling together the resources to create content that captures attention, drives views and encourages engagement. You’ll own the process from concept to completion, sourcing and managing additional skills as required. Videos could be anything from interviews and real life stories to how-to guides and opinion pieces. Influencers and partnerships will help to amplify messages, gain traction and grow audience.
Salary is c£55-65k, the role is fully remote within the UK, and there is real scope to influence channel strategy, content operations, output quality and audience growth from the centre of the business.
About You: Exceptionally organised and comfortable owning end-to-end content production from idea through to delivery across multiple projects. Experienced in digital-first content strategy across social, owned platforms including YouTube, podcasts and other video-led channels, with a clear understanding of what drives reach, engagement and growth. Highly data-literate, able to use analytics and performance insight to shape priorities, improve output and make better commercial decisions. Strong creatively, with a sharp eye for formats, hooks, narratives and platform-specific best practice. Calm, independent and low-friction in the way you work, with the confidence to operate autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders and external contributors.
What You'll Be Doing: Leading the full production lifecycle from planning to publishing across multiple concurrent content projects, ensuring quality output at pace. Owning content strategy across key digital channels, helping shape a more cohesive, data-led and scalable content operation. Using performance data to identify opportunities, refine priorities and define KPIs for audience growth, engagement and wider business impact. Managing internal and external contributors including editors, designers, freelancers and other production support as required. Supporting the development of owned channels, campaigns and commercially relevant content initiatives that strengthen visibility, trust and growth.
Where You'll Be Based: This is a fully remote role within the UK. You’ll need to be predominantly UK based to be available for content production with occasional international travel also likely.
