We are currently working with a highly successful and exciting retail business just outside of York who are on the lookout for a Creative or Marketing Graduate to join their product marketing team. The business has a fantastic track record of helping entry-level candidates burst onto the scene and it is an exciting, fast-paced business to be a part of. The business works with some household brands known across the globe. The role itself focuses on helping to develop new product ranges from concept, competitor analysis to the design. This is such a great opportunity to kick start and progress your career!

About You

  • An organised and creative individual, who is interested in starting a career in marketing and product development.
  • You’ll have a keen eye for creating new product ideas.
  • Confident communicator, who can work collaboratively across a team and externally manage and work with suppliers.
  • Able to identify and analyse market trends.
  • Full, clean UK Driving Licence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing your marketing career into creative product management, through training and development, leading to a role where you are responsible for a portfolio of products.
  • Working with external suppliers and internal teams to create, design and develop new product lines – from inception to completion.
  • Following internal process and procedure, to bring products to life.
  • Researching and analysing the competitor and retail market to provide insights based on trends and behaviours.

Where You'll Be Based

The office is based in York and commutable by car from Leeds, North Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be in the office 4 days, and 1 day working from home.
