A public-sector organisation is seeking a detail-focused Contract Management Support Officer to maintain contract data, ensure compliance with policies and support the use of the new Contract Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and maintain accurate contract data
- Record and monitor contract awards in Contract Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS)
- Assist with publishing notices and reporting using Excel
- Support compliance with procurement and contract policies
