Role & Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to advocate services and obtain information on compensation claims.
- Log all calls and maintain detailed, accurate records.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with co‑workers, supervisors and the public.
- Perform all duties professionally, courteously, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
