The successful candidate will:
- Hold a relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, as required for the post.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a positive approach.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusion.
- Experience of working in a primary school setting would be an advantage.
