These positions care for the Laundry Operations for the campus during the school year. They complete all aspects of the laundry operations from collection of dirty laundry to the delivery of clean laundry. They do laundry for Dining Services, Campus and Building Services, Athletics and various other departments.
Major Preferred Experience Required- Valid Driver's License required and must be able to be an approved driver for campus vehicles
- Any previous employment, laundry work a plus
- Self motivated
- This worker should be flexible and able to take direction
- The ability to work with people and to approach their peers is a trait that is needed for this job
- Accept responsibility freely, as well as maintain good leadership skills
- Have pride in themselves as well as the work they do
- This student should be able to work independent of supervision

- Khaki or denim slacks or shorts, closed toed shoes
- No clothing or jewelry with dangling items that could get caught in equipment
- No Pajamas, yoga pants or sweat pants
- Valid driver's license required and must be able to be an approved driver on campus

- Weekend and evening work
- May have to work on evenings before classes resume after a break
- Must be able to work with chemicals and equipment used by the Campus and Building Services department

- Process laundry from Dining Services, Campus and Building Services, Athletics, etc. which includes running the washers and dryers and folding laundry
- Coordinating the pickup of dirty laundry and delivery of clean laundry

- Effectively communicating with supervisors of other departments
- Maintain equipment/clean lint filters
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
