The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.
Due to recent growth, we have a requirement for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based from our Collyweston office. Your role will include (but not be limited to) preparing project valuations, pricing variations and negotiating final accounts, producing accurate CVR reports and monthly WIP reporting, procurement of subcontractor packages and management of accounts including raising payment certificates and negotiation of final accounts, assisting the site teams with procurement of materials and plant, attending internal project review meetings and client progress meetings as required.
Skills and Experience
- A track record in Quantity Surveying
- 2-3 years main contractor experience
- Ideally degree educated, with a working knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts
- Confident and self-motivated individual
- Solid working ethics and values
- Work well as part of a team or individually
- Strong communication skills are essential along with good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
