This is the operational backbone of the agency. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns, from initial brief through to reporting and reconciliation. You will manage publisher relationships, traffic creative, optimise live campaigns, produce performance reports, and keep the commercial engine running smoothly, including invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier payments. You will also play a key role in new business support, building media plans, producing proposal decks, and pulling together the research and data that help us win pitches. This is a hands‑on role in a small, fast‑moving team. You will work across every client and every channel we trade, giving you breadth of experience that larger agencies simply cannot offer at this level.
What You Will Do
- Campaign management and delivery
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of client campaigns across programmatic display, audio, video, OOH, print, and direct publisher buys
- Traffic creative assets to publishers and programmatic platforms, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met
- Monitor and optimise live campaigns, flagging performance issues early and recommending adjustments
- Produce weekly and post‑campaign performance reports with clear, client‑ready takeaways
- Coordinate with publishers, ad ops teams, and third‑party suppliers to resolve delivery issues
- Client services and account management
- Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring high service standards
- Manage client communications, status updates, and meeting agendas
- Maintain campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on time

- Raise and track invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments
- Reconcile campaign spend against budgets and insertion orders
- Maintain accurate records of all campaign financials and margin reporting

- Create compelling pitch decks and sales materials
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and media landscape briefings to support pitches
- Pull together case studies and campaign wrap‑ups for the agency's credentials
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a media agency, media sales house, or ad tech company in a campaign management or account management role
- Hands‑on experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, StackAdapt, or equivalent DSPs)
- Comfortable building media plans, working with rate cards, and managing campaign budgets
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around financials, reporting, and campaign QA
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce client‑ready documents without heavy oversight
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- A genuine interest in politics, public affairs, or financial services media (you do not need to be an expert, but curiosity matters)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on B2B, B2G, or public affairs campaigns
- Familiarity with political or specialist publisher environments (as opposed to purely consumer/brand media)
- Experience with campaign reporting tools and analytics platforms
- Understanding of OOH, print, and direct publisher buying alongside programmatic
