We're hiring a Podcast Producer with strong narrative storytelling skills — especially scriptwriting (long + short form) — who can balance editorial ambition with production reality and commissioner/client needs. This is for someone who loves craft, is obsessive about detail, and is excited by how podcasting is evolving: immersive audio, video-first formats, and multiplatform adaptations.
What you'll do:
- Produce and support multiple live projects, managing time, delivery, and priorities
- Storyboard, pull tape, and write scripts for long and short form narrative content
- Record interviews and content remotely and on-location with strong technical execution
- Shape storylines and structure, ensuring clarity, pacing, and editorial quality
- Contribute to development: story ideas, talent, pitch materials
- Produce across audio + video, collaborating with creative and post-production teams
- Manage schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines
- Work with clients/collaborators to align editorial output with strategic goals
- Make production choices that support audience growth and long-term show development
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience producing podcasts (or comparable longform narrative/factual content)
- Strong editorial instincts and storytelling craft
- Confident working across formats — ideally including video podcasting / hybrid production
- Able to take ideas from concept to delivery with clarity and momentum
- Highly organised, great attention to detail, calm under pressure
- Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working with talent + clients
- Advanced Descript + Adobe Audition skills
- A strong eye for video and social-first content
Practical details:
- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Contract: Full-time, 12 month fixed-term
- Eligibility: London-based with the right to work in the UK
