Location: Ferndown, Dorset (relocating to Bournemouth within the next three months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid (office and home working)

Salary: 30,000 per annum

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Coordinator to join our Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within account management and customer relationship management.

About the Role

The Key Account Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Key Account Management team, ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently while helping to deliver an excellent customer experience. Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day enquiries, you will play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day enquiries from key accounts.
  • Processing Quality Control (QC) requests.
  • Completing minor support tasks as required.
