Your Role

Prestolee Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join our team at Mesne Lea Primary School. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a dedication to supporting pupils’ learning across a range of year groups, delivering high-quality lessons in an engaging and consistent manner. Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for ECTs.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Proven strong teaching practice
  • Experience of teaching across a range of Key Stages
  • The ability to deliver high-quality lessons across different classes and subjects
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
  • Excellent skills in team working
  • The ability to build positive relationships quickly with pupils
  • Strong behaviour management skills in a range of classroom settings
  • Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
  • A desire for continued professional development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
