Join Our Team as a Property Claims Handler at MesaBilling

We are seeking a dedicated Property Claims Handler to join our team in Oldham. This is a permanent, fully office-based role offering a salary between £24,570 to £27,000, depending on experience, plus an additional allowance for on-call duties.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. There is also an option for a 37.5-hour workweek. Free on-site parking is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle claims from initial notification to resolution, focusing on drainage and underground services.
• Review costings, analyze images, and challenge decisions where necessary, requiring confidence in your technical abilities.
• Participate in thorough onboarding and training on bespoke packages to ensure success in your role.
• Be on call once every 15 weeks, from 5:30 pm to 10 pm, including weekends, with claims processed during this time paid into your monthly wage.
• Potential to earn a yearly performance bonus.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in property claims, specifically within drainage and underground services.
• Confidence in technical decision-making.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to company processes.
