An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistic Administrator in a leading fabric distribution company.

Duties Include
- Answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
- Advising customers of order delivery dates, acknowledging orders, and providing proof of deliveries (PODs) in an efficient, professional manner.
- Processing sales orders.
- Using various courier systems to arrange delivery of orders and tracking deliveries.
- Completing dispatch paperwork for outgoing orders.
- Working with colleagues, dealing with inquiries, and providing PODs for customers when requested.
- General paperwork and administration.
- Supporting the warehouse with order processing and producing paperwork/delivery labels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a good working knowledge of Excel.
