Position Details

Temp to Permanent Opportunity

Full-time hours: 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to work between 8am and 8pm (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday). No weekend work. Salary: £13.28 to £14.94 per hour, depending on experience. Location: Manchester area, with coverage across Tameside, Stockport, Manchester, Rochdale if required. Must be able to drive and have access to a car. Hybrid working arrangement.

About the Role

We are working with a housing support provider across the North West to find a new team member for their Greater Manchester services. You will provide high-quality resettlement and housing management support to customers with complex needs within supported housing or dispersed tenancies. This role offers flexible working, managing your own schedule with full support from colleagues and management from induction onwards.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Empower customers to develop skills for long-term housing sustainability.
  • Create support packages tailored to individual needs, wishes, and choices.
  • Deliver proactive housing management services, including ensuring tenancy conditions are met, such as rent and service charges.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Children and Young People (CCYP) or equivalent, or willingness to study for this or a recognized housing qualification.
  • Satisfactory DBS check.
  • Full driving license and access to business insurance.
