Mesa Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools across Blackpool, starting in September 2026.

You will support pupils in classrooms, work with teachers to create a positive learning environment, and help students reach their full potential.

Roles include one-to-one, small group, and whole-class support in mainstream and SEN settings, with ongoing training and development.

The position follows school hours, Monday to Friday.
