ROLE PURPOSE
The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the Business Insights & Analytics Manager in building and applying the analytics strategy of the business. They will play a key part in managing and creating dashboards and reports that aim to optimise all functions of the business and improve data driven decision making, while assisting in democratising and increasing the level of accuracy and completeness of the data.
Salary range £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to)
- Communicate Insights in the right way based on the target audience (technical or non-technical)
- Create and maintain standardised reports and dashboards.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the sales and leadership team.
- Maintain and improve the existing PowerBI dashboards through the feedback received by the end users.
- Ad-hoc reporting in Excel and PowerBI.
- Work with the BI Manager to build and maintain a data warehouse for all 1P and 3P data.
- Liaise with the 3P providers to ensure timely sales data is being received and processed
- Ensure that the quality and integrity of the data is up to the business and regulatory standard.
- Ensure that the business processes data in compliance with the UK GDPR.
- Assist in writing SOPs for the existing digital landscape, as well as for any new implementations.
- Work closely with the end users to ensure that any new tools being implemented are focused on their experience and needs
- Provide 1-2-1 or team trainings for any existing or new platforms as and when needed.
- Answer any queries or issues being raised by the end users.
- Assist in writing training materials and documentations that answer any frequently asked questions
- Work with the business owners and leadership team to create timely reports and presentations

- Liaise with internal and External partners for data gathering & analytics
- Close cross-functional working across Marketing, Medical, Finance and Sales
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Technical or business experience in Analytics desirable but not required.
- High level of curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Data driven individual with a strong level of logical and analytical type of thinking.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI)
- Strong knowledge in Excel and the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic statistical or mathematical knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce OCE and HubSpot desirable but not required.
- Knowledge in SQL or Python is desirable but not required
