Service Advisor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join the Mervyn Stewart Aftersales Team at our busy dealership in Boucher. We are looking for personable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships and delivering outstanding service experiences. About The Role About this role Main Duties: The role involves both face-to-face and telephone interaction with customers, always with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service and support. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that requires excellent teamwork, strong communication across departments, and a consistently professional approach. The successful candidate will naturally put the customer first, bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to their work, and demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills. The role also includes promoting products and services such as EVHCs and Service Plans, so an understanding of these offerings will be beneficial.
