We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales department at our New and Used Cars site in Conlig. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with established car brands and be part of an incredible journey. With a responsibility for new and used cars, the successful candidate will help us achieve our commitment to delivering exceptional customer care and professional franchise representation. The role requires leadership skills and the ability to implement an agreed business plan. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, forward-thinking with great attention to detail. It is essential that the individual possesses excellent communication skills, team-building qualities, can demonstrate commercial awareness and possess an infectious determination to succeed.

Within this role, you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible sales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
About The Role
You must be able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record delivering outstanding results coupled with delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a driven individual working towards the achievement of KPIs with the ambition and desire to push the department forward. As a proactive member of the Management team, you will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by the Brand.
- Motivating and developing staff to perform to the best of their ability.
- Develop and agree sales plans and budgets for both new cars, used cars, accessories and value-added products.
- Build and maintain the relationship between Sales and After Sales ensuring the customer experience is maximised and that repeat business opportunities are not missed.
- Play a key role in ensuring adherence to Brand Standard Audit requirements.
- Build the team to maximise all income opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure the department complies fully with FCA guidelines and regulations.
