In an ever growing, independent, family run business, we are delighted to offer talented Sales Executives an opportunity to join our teams within Belfast and North Down as we develop and grow our business. We have vacancies for highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a desire to develop their career in the motor industry.

We are looking to enlarge the team by additional Sales Executives with experience in New, Used and Motability vehicle sales. The earning potential is there for the successful candidate with uncapped bonus earnings and an industry leading basic salary of £30,000.

In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible sales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

About You:

  • Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a selling role
  • Experience within a franchised car dealership desirable
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • IT literacy as essential
  • Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard
  • Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way
  • Team player mentality whilst still achieving personal targets

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

  • The main job purpose will be to deliver a great customer experience and achieve agreed sales target for the new and/or used vehicles within a compliant sales process.
  • To ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase therefore maintaining product knowledge and being aware of sales promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation is imperative.
  • To follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
  • Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process whilst also completing training programs as required.
  • Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features.
  • Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
  • Attend Manufacturer training as required.
