Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible Aftersales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. Required Criteria Have the ability to work up-to-date technology using the latest repair methods and processes Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Will be required to participate in manufacturer training programmes Possess good oral and written communication along with IT skills Have experience in a similar role at franchised retailer level Have a full and valid UK driving licence Desired Criteria Relevant Brand experience HVT Training Experience in vehicle electrical diagnostics Experience with manufacturer warranty repairs Skills Needed Data Entry and Basic Computer Skills, Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Working Under Pressure, Communication, Teamworking About The Company Welcome to Mervyn Stewart one of Northern Irelands long established family run car dealerships.
