Mervyn Stewart Belfast Division is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a permanent Aftersales Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a talented, pro-active, motivated administrator looking to broaden skills and knowledge within the motor industry. This will be a varied role for the successful candidate, working in a company where employees are the heart and soul of the business delivering the highest level of customer service.
About The Role
- Champion an outstanding customer service experience across our service and parts departments.
- Efficiently manage vehicle bookings and coordinate courtesy car arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with our workshop team, ensuring all job card requirements are met.
- Oversee the precise ordering and inventory management of parts stock from manufacturers.
- Return warranty parts in strict accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Actively promote and sell our range of products and services to customers.
What You'll Bring
