Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Mansfield for a Warranty/retail Administrator. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and processing warranty claims
  • Maintaining warranty records
  • Ensuring claims meet manufacturer guidelines
  • Fostering customer satisfaction through timely resolution of warranty matters
  • Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with warranty policies

Qualifications

  • Experience in Warranty/retail Administration with attention to detail and compliance
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure positive outcomes
  • Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal teams
  • High level of Computer Literacy, with the ability to use warranty systems and tools effectively
  • Teamwork skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work approach
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Mercedes‑Benz vehicles is a plus
