Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Mansfield for a Warranty/retail Administrator. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and processing warranty claims
- Maintaining warranty records
- Ensuring claims meet manufacturer guidelines
- Fostering customer satisfaction through timely resolution of warranty matters
- Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with warranty policies
Qualifications
- Experience in Warranty/retail Administration with attention to detail and compliance
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure positive outcomes
- Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal teams
- High level of Computer Literacy, with the ability to use warranty systems and tools effectively
- Teamwork skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work approach
- Previous experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Mercedes‑Benz vehicles is a plus
