Do you want to be part of work that is changing how families experience help, support and protection? Merton's Families First Partnership Programme (FFPP) is at the heart of national reform, focused on early help, family led practice, and better multi agency working. We are looking for a Programme Support Officer to play a vital role in helping this transformation happen in practice.
This is not a traditional admin role. You'll be working at the centre of a borough wide change programme, supporting governance, pilots and projects that aim to make services more joined up, more human, and more effective for families. You'll work closely with senior leaders, practitioners, partners across health, education, police and the voluntary sector, and help keep momentum across a busy and ambitious programme.
You’ll be someone who:
- Thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Takes pride in high quality organisation, communication and follow through
- Can hold the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture
- Is motivated by values led public service and improving outcomes for children and families
In return, we offer the chance to:
- Be part of meaningful system change, not just business as usual
- Develop experience across multi agency transformation and governance
- Work in a team that values purpose, inclusion, and learning together
- Contribute directly to work that supports families earlier and more effectively
