As the FGDM Lead, you will:

  • Lead and embed Merton's FGDM Strategy in line with national reforms
  • Champion family-led decision-making and whole family practice
  • Chair complex planning and Family Group Decision Making review meetings in respect of children and families
  • Support partners across the system to adopt and deliver FGDM approaches
  • Build workforce capacity through training, coaching and guidance
  • Monitor quality, impact and outcomes to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of national safeguarding and children's social care national reforms
  • Experience of working in complex environments with vulnerable children

  • A commitment to empowering families and improving outcomes
