As the FGDM Lead, you will:
- Lead and embed Merton's FGDM Strategy in line with national reforms
- Champion family-led decision-making and whole family practice
- Chair complex planning and Family Group Decision Making review meetings in respect of children and families
- Support partners across the system to adopt and deliver FGDM approaches
- Build workforce capacity through training, coaching and guidance
- Monitor quality, impact and outcomes to drive continuous improvement
