We are looking for a highly organised and experienced supervisor to join our friendly team at Merton College. The ideal candidate will be willing to bring a positive and flexible approach to the role. The culture within the department is professional, helpful, friendly and service-focused.
This role will suit a person who has previous cleaning and supervisory experience, has good oral and written English communication skills, and is organised and able to supervise and train staff to ensure that cleaning throughout the College, its annexes and Estates properties is maintained to a high standard.
Merton is one of the oldest and most beautiful colleges in Oxford, tucked away behind the High Street, with stunning views across Christ Church Meadows but within easy reach of other University buildings and the city centre. We are a vibrant, diverse, friendly and inclusive community. The College is one of the largest, with approx. 600 undergraduates and graduate students.
