Merton College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Estates Administrator to support the management of its extensive and diverse property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an analytical mind, and an interest in property, land, estates, or compliance work.

Working closely with the Land Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining estate records, coordinating compliance activities, preparing tenancy and rent information, supporting valuations and budgets, and liaising with tenants and external contractors. The role is varied and is central to the smooth running of the College's property operations.

This role would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and IT skills, and the ability to work independently with discretion and professionalism. Experience within property, estates, land management, legal administration, or similar environments is desirable but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

This is a part-time post and weekly hours of work are between 21-28, depending on the candidate preference and can be worked over 3-5 days per week; typical office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour (unpaid) lunch break. Some flexibility can be offered for working hours.
