Merton College is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation lecturer to deliver outstanding quality in teaching, learning, assessment, and tutorial support to students, to maximise achievement and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in supporting the development of the curriculum, with employer engagement, and learner skills development. Acting as a Course Leader and Academic Tutor, you will create and implement innovative teaching, learning and assessment and deliver teaching and assessment activities within your area of specialism including lectures, setting/marking coursework, practicals, and field work to undergraduates and postgraduates.

We would like you to hold a teaching qualification (or be working towards one), be qualified to a minimum of L3 in Electrical Installation and have recent teaching experience in Electrical Installation in an FE College, School or private provider.

You will have experience of teaching on Electrical Installation courses.
