A proactive and hands-on Grounds Maintenance Chargehand responsible for leading teams in the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services. Skilled in supervising daily operations, allocating workloads, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining parks, open spaces, sports facilities, and public areas to a high standard. Committed to delivering efficient, customer-focused services while supporting team development and promoting pride in the local environment.
You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
