Overview

As our new Systems Administrator, you’ll embody the values and behaviours we hold for both tenants and employees. You will partner with colleagues and service users to ensure our systems support effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure and support core business systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to improve system usage, ensuring security, governance and fit for purpose.
- Support and manage relationships with third‑party suppliers.
- Proactively identify and implement system improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in a systems administration or application support role, specifically with Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of user access, permissions, licensing, information governance and supporting system improvements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to a non‑technical audience.
- Proactive, organised and delivery‑focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
Relevant RTW requirement for this role.
