Are you ready to lead people, manage performance and take ownership of a frontline repairs service? You’ll lead the delivery of a high‑quality repairs and maintenance service, taking ownership of planning, performance and compliance across both in‑house teams and external contractors. With a strong focus on people management, you’ll motivate and develop trade teams through a coaching, supportive approach, while building effective contractor relationships to ensure safe, compliant and value‑for‑money services that put customers first.
Experience of working in a housing association or social housing setting would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
