Responsibilities:
- You’ll carry out all plastering works related to the maintenance, refurbishment, and construction of MVH properties, ensuring high‑quality results every time.
- In addition to plastering, you’ll tackle various additional roles including aspects of carpentry, tiling and plumbing to provide value‑for‑money, efficient service.
- You will work alongside team members and ensure that all repairs are completed within the specified time period and to the MVH standard, and in full accordance with the specifications relevant to legislation and industry best practice.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Craft Level, City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent education.
- Extensive experience in plastering and multiskilling.
- Passion for construction and willingness to tackle challenges.
- Strong customer care orientation and ability to solve problems on the fly.
