As a Capital and Responsive Administration Assistant, you will support the Capital Works and Responsive Repairs services, ensuring repairs, maintenance programmes and planned works are delivered efficiently and accurately with tenants at the heart of everything.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support across the Capital Works and Responsive Repairs teams.
- Raise and monitor works orders, inspections and appointments, and maintain accurate records within housing management systems.
- Support reactive repair turnaround times to achieve KPIs.
- Handle financial administration: raise purchase orders, check invoices, process payments and support budget monitoring.
- Produce reports and statistics for management and service review to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working in an administrative role within Repairs & Maintenance or Asset Management, managing high volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in a social housing environment, ideally supporting Responsive Repairs, Capital Works or Asset Management teams.
- Confidence working with internal teams and external contractors to maintain performance standards and service outcomes.
