Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead and influence digital transformation initiatives with a partnership and customer‑centred focus.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, communicating effectively across stakeholders.
  • Deliver change and major system implementations, managing competing priorities, budgets, and risk.
  • Lead teams and work with third‑party suppliers.
  • Apply expertise in modern business systems and integration, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Engage stakeholders and foster a customer‑centred approach to digital delivery.
  • Maintain a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset while staying professionally curious about digital solutions.
  • Hold substantial experience in a senior IT or IT management role with a proven track record of successful change.
  • Meet the RTW requirement in the UK.
