Hours of work: Full time 4 day week Hybrid – 2 days in the office

About the role

Are you passionate about using technology to improve services and outcomes? Do you enjoy building strong relationships and making a real impact across a business? If so, we’d love you to come and join our amazing mutual as our Digital Business Partner.

As our Digital Business Partner, you will act as the primary interface between ICT and the wider business, building strong, proactive relationships to ensure our digital systems actively support delivery and performance. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to understand how our systems are being used, identify opportunities to improve performance, and ensure technology enables better outcomes for our tenants and colleagues.

You’ll make an impact by turning business needs into practical digital solutions that improve performance, reduce issues and make life easier for colleagues and customers. You’ll drive continuous improvement, tackle problems at their root, and ensure technology delivers real value — all while leading a responsive, high‑performing service desk and strengthening how the organisation uses IT every day.
