As a Capital and Responsive Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Capital Works and Responsive Repairs services. Your work will help ensure repairs, maintenance programmes and planned works are delivered efficiently, accurately and with tenants at the heart of everything we do.

Our ideal candidate will share our values and be committed to delivering a high‑quality repairs and maintenance service that puts tenants first. You will have strong experience working in an administrative role within Repairs & Maintenance or Asset Management, managing high volumes of data and balancing competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. You will have experience working within a social housing environment, ideally supporting Responsive Repairs, Capital Works or Asset Management teams, and be confident working with internal teams and external contractors to maintain performance standards and service outcomes.

As our new Capital and Responsive Administration Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support across the Capital Works and Responsive Repairs teams. This includes raising and monitoring works orders, inspections and appointments, maintaining accurate records within housing management systems, and supporting reactive repair turnaround times to ensure KPIs are achieved.
