Are you our ideal candidate? We are looking for a person who can provide an excellent and cost-effective service to all Merthyr Valleys Homes properties as directed. You’ll also provide high-quality value for money services with an emphasis on customer care to all customers.
You’ll carry out painting works associated with the maintenance, refurbishment, and construction of MVH property or any other customer as may be required by MVH, on both planned, cyclical, and responsive programmes including voids. You’ll also ensure all repairs are completed within the specified time period and to the MVH standard, and in full accordance with the specifications relevant to legislation and industry best practice.
