Collaborate closely with the Temporary Accommodation Officer and the wider Housing team to deliver a comprehensive and effective temporary accommodation service. This includes managing both entry and move-on processes, ensuring applicants receive appropriate housing related support throughout their stay. Additionally, ensure the Council maximises the use of local resources to prevent and relieve homelessness.

Contribute to the prevention and/or relief of homelessness by offering informed advice and taking proactive, solution-focused actions. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
