Speciality
The Support Officer will be based in the Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub and will work from home.
The role supports the coordination and processing of referrals from a variety of sources into the Safeguarding unit, and assists Safeguarding Coordinators with checks and enquiries in line with the Social Services & Wellbeing Act 2014 (Wales) Duty to Report.
- Support coordination and processing of safeguarding referrals.
- Assist Safeguarding Coordinators with checks and enquiries under the relevant act.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Data Protection Act, Information Security Policy and operational policies.
- Provide evidence of all essential qualifications; ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
