We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person who is passionate about additional learning needs (ALN) and has an excellent knowledge and understanding of child development and learning processes.
You will have a good knowledge of the ALN Code and be skilled in collaboration and communication, as well as being committed to a person-centred approach. You will support and contribute to the planning and monitoring of additional learning provision for children with ALN in the Early Years non-maintained sector as well as support successful transition into nursery classes/primary education., Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
