Overview

Fixed Term for 2 Years. 18.5 Hours (50%) – Grade 8 SCP 31-16 £41,771 – £47,181 per annum pro rata (≈ £20,885.50 – £23,590.50 per annum).

Responsibilities

  • To safeguard vulnerable adults in need of support who are referred to the department, ensuring that plans are put in place which will mitigate risks.
  • To obtain an accurate, person centred perspective of the adults needs in order to ensure that the most appropriate support is provided to achieve their optimal independence.
  • To work collaboratively with Adults and their carers who are experiencing particularly complex issues and assist them in finding solutions.

Requirements

  • You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
