Responsibilities

  • Recover Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit overpayments and sundry debts arrears in accordance with Council recovery policies and statutory provisions, utilising Northgate, Agresso and Information @ Work software systems.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including employers, court personnel, D.W.P., Citizens Advice Bureau, etc.

Qualifications

  • Evidence of all essential qualifications must be provided.
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
