Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is recruiting two Community Employment Specialist Mentors to support participants through the Connect to Work programme. The roles are fixed-term to 31st March 2027, based at Orbit Business Centre, 37 hours per week.
You will provide intensive one-to-one mentoring to participants with additional needs and complex barriers, developing action plans, addressing barriers to employment, and promoting services to health-related partners.
