Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and familiarity with A Curriculum for Wales – A curriculum for Life.
- Excellent classroom practice, inspiring and encouraging students
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of skills development and pedagogy
- Proficiency in ICT and ability to use it to enhance learning
- Ability to develop bilingualism (Welsh as a second language)
- Experience with assessment for learning strategies
- Experience of safeguarding and compliance with data protection and information security policies
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable
