Picker & Packer

Mersey Raw Limited is seeking a motivated and reliable Picker and Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, outgoing, and hard-working, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in the preparation and dispatch of high-quality products to our valued customers., Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards.

Use computer systems to manage inventory, update orders, and track shipments.

Handle stock replenishment, organising and maintaining inventory efficiently.

Operate warehouse equipment safely, ensuring proper care of materials and tools.

Assist with shipping, receiving, and logging deliveries using company software.

Communicate effectively with team members and management to meet daily targets.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with health and safety protocols.

Proficient with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory/shipping systems). Experience with warehouse management software is an advantage.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to lift and carry packages up to [specify weight, e.g., 20kg] and stand for extended periods.

Outgoing Personality:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Attention to Detail:

Commitment to accuracy in order preparation and stock management.

Time Management:

Experience: Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not essential.
