Requirements of our Junior Contract Manager role:

  • Some experience working office based with site visits, typically within construction, arboriculture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
  • Confident building and maintaining a positive rapport with clients and fostering a good working environment with team members.
  • Driver’s licence as you will travel to sites for visits.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Working knowledge of Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation checks.

Responsibilities of our Junior Contract Manager role:

  • You will be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and quality services are consistently delivered.
  • You will be effective at reviewing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency, produce key documents for clients and develop performance reporting and recognition of staff.
  • You will assist with managing the operational workload, ensuring there is adequate capacity for the business to operationally meet clients’ needs and deliver the agreed works.
  • You will work to specific schedules and timescales with great attention to detail.
